How to use this: tap ▶ Start, allow camera permission, sit still for 2 seconds, then tap 📸 Snapshot background and switch to Snapshot background mode. Sit still — smoothed should read close to 0 and the chart line should be flat near the bottom. Wave your hand (or your fluorescent glove!) — the smoothed value will climb, the chart will show a clear peak, the log will record it, and the green FIRED indicator will light up when you cross the threshold.

The CSV export gives you one row per log entry: elapsed_ms,instant,smoothed,peak_1s,fired. Use it to plot arm-movement patterns over time, calibrate thresholds for an exercise routine, or correlate movement with music events. The smoothed reading is the most useful for tracking sustained arm activity; the instant value tells you raw frame-to-frame change; peak_1s catches brief gestures.

Pause stops adding new rows (camera + chart keep running). Clear empties the log. The chart auto-scales to the highest value seen recently.
