🎵 Songboards 2-target camera test

What's happening: camera feed is mirrored and shown at low opacity behind the targets. Each frame, the pixels inside each target's circular area are compared against a stored background snapshot. The number on each target is current / threshold. When the signal crosses the threshold and cooldown has elapsed, the target plays a note and pulses.

How to use: tap ▶ Start camera, allow permission, sit still for 2 seconds during warmup. The phase pill at the top of the stage turns cyan and says "READY." Now wave your hand (or a wristband) over the left or right target on screen. The signal number should climb; when it crosses the threshold, the target fires.

If both targets fire constantly while you sit still — that's a background-was-captured-with-you-in-it problem. Tap ↻ Recalibrate background while holding very still. If it still misfires, the targets are positioned over a part of your body in the camera view — try a different camera angle or sit farther from the camera.

If nothing fires when you wave — drop the threshold to lenient (6). Watch the signal numbers as you move. If they barely change, you may be moving outside the target's region in the camera view. The visible camera feed shows you where your hand actually is in the system's eyes.

Tap 📊 Show heatmap to overlay a motion intensity map — bright cyan = motion detected. This shows EXACTLY where the system thinks motion is happening.
